Q: Do you make custom orders?
A: Yes! Kimberly loves creating custom items for her clients. See our Custom Orders page to start the process today.
Q: How much do you charge for shipping?
A: All items ship for free within the United States! No need to worry about adding any shipping costs to your order. KH has you covered. If you are ordering from outside the United States please contact Kimberly for your countries shipping rate.
Q: Can I wash my new item in the washing machine?
A: It is highly suggested that each of KH's silk and cotton scarves are hand wash or spot cleaned and hang to dry in order to retain their quality and shape. All KH wool products such as blankets and ponchos can be machine wash on the hand-wash cycle with cold water and hang to dry.
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Yes. If you receive your item and it is not what you were expecting, you can return the item by shipping at your own expense and receive store credit or a KH check for the full purchased price.
Q: Is the wool used from local farms?
A: The wool used is all sourced from Kimberly's flock of Coopworth and Wensleydale sheep. That means Kimberly can actually tell you the name of the sheep your wool came from (if you really wanted to know).
Q: How long does it typically take to ship an item?
A: All storefront items typically ship USPS Priority from KH's studio in Moria, NY within three days of the order being placed. Custom orders ship dates will depend on the item being created which causes each custom item to have its own unique projected shipping date.
